War in Ukraine Hiatus

Given the current events in the Ukraine, I am going to direct my immediate attention to a classmate that is interested in public policy in the Eastern Europe. He has asked me to help research historical NATO policies and current Western European policies as it relates to the Ukraine and other neighboring countries. I promise I will be back.
